Mr. Suresh (M A B Ed English, M A Political Science, SET English, SET Political Science) started his career as a teacher in 1996 and had been working in various schools in Kerala. He is a certified teacher trainer graduated from the Regional Institute of English, Bangalore. He has conducted several workshops and simulation classes based on the concepts of Constructivism, Collaborative Learning, Classroom Management, Activity Oriented Classes, Problem and Inquiry Based Learning, Value Based Education, Skill Based Learning, Pressure Management, Better Handwriting  etc. to mention a few.

 He joined Indian Educational School – IES (Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan), Kuwait in 2008 as a teacher of English. He has been serving the organization in various capacities like the Head of the Department English, Vice Principal CBSEi, Vice Principal Middle and Senior Wings, Coordinator and Quiz Master KQ Matters, an inter school general knowledge quiz in Kuwait, Coordinator Bhavan’s International Spell Bee etc.

He is currently a member in good standing of the Toastmasters International, and has been in various offices of TMI clubs like the VP Education, President etc., and has won many accolades like the Competent Communicator, the Competent Leader, the Tripple Crown etc. He has been mentoring two Gavel Clubs in IES.

 He is much committed to the community service, and that makes him quite modest and approachable.

 He takes interest in addressing various transition related issues kids in general face in their school life, and work with them to help them come out of such issues. He is more a motivator than a teacher or a vice principal for his student community.

He holds abreast the philosophy that every child by birth is unique and gifted, and proper upbringing – health, safety and education- is their birthright.

Honoring his contributions in the field of child education, Indian Educational School had bestowed up on him the BEST PERFORMER AWARD IN 2013. He has now joined Private International School as the Vice Principal with effect from April 2019.
