Ms. Arifa Fathima is a seasoned educator with an extensive and diverse academic and professional background. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management. Motivated by her deep passion for working with children, she pursued a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) along with specialized diplomas in Teaching from the University of Cambridge and in preschool education. She is also a licensed Early Childhood Educator, certified by the Department of Education and Knowledge in Abu Dhabi— affirming her expertise in the field. With more than two decades of experience in Kindergarten education, Ms. Arifa has taught across various curricula, including CBSE, IGCSE, and ICSE. Her teaching philosophy—“Nurture children and teach them valuable social skills”—has consistently guided her approach in the classroom. Her dedication to foster both academic and social development in young learners continues to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the children and families she supports.

Linju Varghese holds a Postgraduate degree in Environmental Science and was awarded the University 4th Rank for her academic excellence. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology, which laid a strong foundation for her specialization in the life sciences. She completed her schooling at Kendriya Vidyalaya, which provided a strong academic base and instilled values of discipline and integrity. Having spent her childhood in an army cantonment, she grew up in an environment that nurtured resilience, self-discipline, and strong moral values—qualities that continue to guide her professional journey.
With over eight years of teaching experience, she has spent six of those years in Saudi Arabia, working across diverse academic settings. Notably, she served as an O-Level Biology teacher under the British Curriculum for two years, gaining valuable international exposure and refining her pedagogical skills. Her experience across varied curricula has significantly contributed to her professional development and broadened her outlook as an educator. She firmly believes in staying adaptive and forward-thinking in today’s dynamic educational landscape, where learning is a continuous journey.
In addition to her academic and professional achievements, Linju has represented her state, interstate, and university in various sporting events such as Kho-Kho, triple jump, and cycling—and has won several prizes for her outstanding performances. Her athletic accomplishments reflect her dedication, competitive spirit, and pursuit of excellence both inside and outside the classroom

Ms. Indira Parikala is a dynamic and dedicated Mathematics teacher with over 9 years of teaching experience in India and the UAE. She currently teaches at Private International English School (Bhavans Abu Dhabi). She holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and a B.Ed. (Gold Medalist) from Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, along with an MCA (master’s in computer application) from NIT Raipur — all recognized by the UAE Ministry of Education.
She has cleared the TLS – Pedagogy exam, reflecting her strong foundation in teaching standards and methodology. Ms. Indira is well known for her interactive and creative teaching methods that include hands-on activities, singing, and movement, making learning math fun and accessible for all students.
Her accomplishments include a Certificate of Merit for academic excellence, participation in a state-level seminar on cooperative learning, and networking training at BITS Pilani, Goa. She has passed the All-India General Knowledge Test and actively participated in cultural events. Additionally, Ms. Indira holds state-level and national-level certificates in sports, reflecting her all-round abilities and commitment to holistic education.
With strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu, and a consistent commitment to student growth, Ms. Indira fosters a positive learning environment where students are motivated to excel both academically and personally.
Ms. Neeraja is a dedicated science teacher with over 8 years of experience in creating engaging, inclusive learning environments. She designs simple, hands-on lessons that spark curiosity and helps students explore scientific concepts in a fun and meaningful way.
She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) from Abu Dhabi University and remains committed to continuous professional development and excellence in teaching.
Beyond the classroom, Ms. Neeraja proudly represented Tamil Nadu in the All India Air Force NCC Camp and earned silver medals in skeet shooting at the state level. These experiences have strengthened her leadership, discipline, and resilience—qualities she brings into her every day teaching .

Ms. Hazeena has been a dedicated member of Bhavans Abu Dhabi since 2014, bringing with her over 16 years of diverse teaching experience across the Middle East and India. A passionate educator with expertise in Computer Science and its applications, she strives to instill a love for the subject in her students while equipping them with essential 21st-century technological skills.
She is committed to fostering logical reasoning and programming abilities, ensuring that every student flourishes academically and technologically. Ms. Hazeena has played a pivotal role in organizing and conducting various events for the Computer Science Department, emphasizing the importance of student participation and engagement.
Ms Nisha G Nair is a dedicated and enthusiastic Social Science Teacher and the Head of Grade 6 with over 12 years of teaching expertise in Social Science. She is known for creating a supportive and engaging classroom atmosphere that encourages students to think critically and explore the world around them. With over 12 years of teaching experience across grades 6 to 10, she believes Social Science is a powerful tool to develop awareness, empathy, and informed citizenship in students. Mr. Jaseem Saleem is a passionate and experienced Arabic Teacher and Head of Grade 7, with over 9 years of expertise in teaching Arabic language and literature. He is recognized for his dynamic and student-centered teaching approach that enhances LSRW (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing) skills through lectures, discussions, and engaging activities. Mr. Jaseem has taught Cycle 2 and 3 students in renowned schools across the UAE and India, demonstrating excellence in curriculum design, lesson planning, assessments, and classroom management. He holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language and Literature, along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Education and Teaching and a PACE qualification from the Centre for Research in Education and Teacher Training, KASE, Government of Kerala. He is also actively involved in student development initiatives, language training, and coordinating department events.
Aneeshmon is a seasoned educator with deep insight into his learners’ needs. With over 18 years of teaching experience—including the past 9 years at PIES—he currently oversees the operations of Grade 8. In addition to his administrative responsibilities, he teaches English in Cycles 2 and 3.
His dedication and active engagement have led to the introduction of several socially responsible outreach programmes, which were recognised and documented by the ADEK inspection team.
Mr. Aneesh is a strong advocate for student voice, choice, and ownership. He is deeply committed to the principles of equality, diversity, and inclusion. His exemplary interpersonal skills contribute greatly to building strong relationships with students, colleagues, and the broader school community.
He is highly popular among students and is regarded as a great motivator. Both parents and students consistently echo the same appreciation for his positive influence and inspiring presence.

She possesses 15 years of experience guiding in math to students ranging from grades 1 to 10.

Ms. Subitha Shaju is one of the founding teachers of Bhavans Abu Dhabi. With 18 years of total teaching experience, 16 of which have been at Bhavans, she has been a consistent and dedicated contributor to the school’s academic journey since its inception.She holds a Master’s degree in Zoology (M.Sc) and a Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed), and is also TLS Pedagogy certified, equipping her with a strong academic foundation and modern instructional strategies. Currently serving as the senior Science ,Biology teacher and Head of Grade 10, Ms. Subitha is highly appreciated for her strong command of the subject, clarity in instruction, and sincere commitment to student development. Her lessons are concept-driven and accessible, empowering students to confidently engage with complex scientific ideas.
She is known for her tireless efforts in lesson preparation, incorporating the latest academic trends and question patterns to ensure students stay ahead. Her proactive approach and thoughtful planning reflect her dedication to delivering quality education that meets the needs of today’s learners. Ms. Subitha brings creativity and innovation into her classroom by constantly integrating modern teaching strategies with sound academic principles. She has served as Head of Grade 10 for the past 15 years. Now in her third year at PIES, she is deeply valued for her dedication, warmth, and sincere investment in the academic and personal growth of her students.
Her passion for education and commitment to creating an engaging learning environment continue to leave a lasting impact. With a heart full of compassion and a drive for excellence, Ms. Priya inspires her students to explore the wonders of Chemistry and to grow into confident, curious, and lifelong learners.
Ms. Blessy John holds an M.Sc. in Mathematics, an M.Phil., and a B.Ed., reflecting her strong academic foundation and dedication to the field of education. She is a seasoned Mathematics educator with over 18 years of experience teaching at the senior secondary (Cycle 3) level. At Private International English School, she serves as a PGT Mathematics teacher and has been a pillar of academic excellence and guidance.
