REGISTRATION FORM

Instructions and Guidelines for filling Online Registration Form

    • Please ensure that you are using Internet Explorer 7 and above while registering your child online
    • All fields marked * are compulsor
    • KG 1 to Grade 12 will be open from 1st October.
    • Online applications received from 1st October @ 10am onwards only will be considered for admission. Kindly log on to our website www.bhavansabudhabi.com for online registration. The link will be available on our Facebook page as well (Bhavans Abu Dhabi). The application will be shortlisted based on a first come first served basis.
    • Parents of siblings are requested to register the child/children with their parent portal ID so that it will appear under sibling quota. However, admissions to siblings may not be confirmed in all cases and would be subject to the availability of seats and age criteria approved by ADEK.
    • Employees of the school have to ensure that they log in their employee ID and password in the required fields at the bottom of the application form
    • Incomplete forms will be rejected
    • Ensure name and date of birth are as per the passport/Emirates ID.
    • Review the information above and ensure all fields are entered accurately
    • For criteria on Age compliance, kindly refer to the school website.

    Admission Process

    1) Online Registration: –

    1. Parents must first fill out the online form to register. Upon registration, login credentials (ID and password) will be provided, which will allow access to input student details.

    2) Shortlisting of child: –

    1. Students will be shortlisted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to seat availability. Shortlisted students will be scheduled for an assessment or an interactive session, communicated via registered email.

    2. A merit list will be generated based on the assessment, and results will be shared with parents.

    3) Registration Confirmation: –

    1. Parents of students on the merit list must submit the necessary documents to confirm the registration.

    4) Admission Confirmation: –

    1. 1. Once the documents are verified, parents are required to pay the registration fees and submit post-dated cheques for all three terms. In the event of admission cancellation, refunds will be processed according to the ADEK refund policy.

    Documents of the student

    • a) Colour copies of the front and back pages of the passport, and visa page of the child.

      b) Colour copy of the valid Emirates ID of the child.

      c) Colour copy of the birth certificate of the child.

      a. If the child is born in the UAE or any other GCC country, the birth certificate issued by the government is valid without attestation.

      b. If born in India, and the birth certificate is in English, it must be attested by the UAE Embassy/Consulate and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Abu Dhabi.

      c. If born in India and the birth certificate is not in English, it must be translated by a legal translator and attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Abu Dhabi.

      d) Colour copy of the report card from the last school attended (Except for KG1).

      e) Colour copy of the vaccination record (including vaccines given after birth & Covid vaccine)

      f) Colour Copy of the valid insurance card.

      g) Six passport-size photos.

      h) Transfer Certificate (TC) and Marksheet (to be submitted after the completion of the current academic year):

      a. For KG 1 TC is not required if the child joins at the beginning of the academic year.

      b. For students coming from India, the TC must be attested by the Education Officer of the State / District / Area. The signature and seal of the Education Officer should be verified by the Indian Embassy and the UAE Foreign Affairs Ministry.

      c. For local transfers within Abu Dhabi, the eSIS No. and eSIS marksheet from the previous school must be submitted.

      d. For transfers from other Emirates, the TC should be attested by the Ministry of Education of that Emirate.

      e. For transfers from GCC countries, the School Leaving / Transfer Certificate must be attested by the Ministry of Education.

      i) Print out of the online application form.

        Documents of the Parents

        a) 1 Copy of the Passport of the father – first page, last page, and valid visa page.

        b) 1 Copy of the Passport of the mother – first page, last page, and valid visa page.

        c) Emirates ID Copy of the father – front and backside of the Emirates ID.

        d) Emirates ID Copy of the mother – front and backside of the Emirates ID.

        e) Tenancy contract / Electricity bill copy (Municipality Approved Tenancy Contract).

         

        1) All details provided in the registration form must be accurate. Any discrepancies may lead to disqualification from admission.

        2) The registration confirmation is not the confirmation of admission.

        3) Admission is subject to the approval by the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK) in the eSIS system.

        4) The registration fee is non-refundable in the event of admission cancellation. If a student is opting to withdraw or not proceed with admission, written notice must be provided to the school prior to the official fee payment dates, which are scheduled before the start of the academic year. Failure to provide written notice by these dates will result in forfeiture of the registration fee.
